Danica Williams, MA, LAC, MCPM
Danica Williams is a competent multi-cultural Licensed Associate Counselor and Professional Coach who has worked in the non-profit, faith-based, and acute care settings where she specializes in high risk antepartum patients, perinatal grief and loss, postpartum depression, substance abuse, adoptions, end of life, and female cancers. She is licensed with the State of Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (LAC-16482), the Washington State Department of Health (MC-61057048), is registered to provide Telehealth Services in the State of Florida (TPMC-145), and is verified by Psychology Today. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia; and continues to expand her knowledge and education through her Doctoral studies in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ.

She headed a U.S. Small Business Administration program that was an incubator for women and minorities in business, where she was recognized and awarded for her leadership, instructional and innovative contributions. During her time there, she launched a statewide initiative as part of The White House Council on Women and Girls Initiative, signed under President Obama.
In addition to her clinical practice and coaching roles, Danica has a passion for mental health education, particularly with low-income, indigent and under-represented populations. She is also a sought-after public speaker.
As a Licensed Associate Counselor, Danica receives clinical supervision from an approved clinical supervisor; Shelley Geary, LPC, LCSW (firstname.lastname@example.org). Her work is logged, monitored, discussed, and reviewed by her clinical supervisor. Client care is handled with professional quality; knowledge, feedback, and insight are gained. Counselor accountability, growth, and development within this supportive infrastructure is emphasized.
