Clinical Director | Licensed Professional Counselor

Welcome! I'm glad you're here. I believe that healing happens when we feel truly seen and supported. In therapy, we’ll focus not only on finding practical tools to ease your symptoms but also on exploring the deeper patterns that may be getting in the way of feeling balanced and fulfilled. My hope is to walk alongside you as you rediscover your strength, build self-compassion, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Women's Issues, and the many transitions that life can bring. You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to face those struggles alone. My goal is to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel understood and begin to untangle the challenges that weigh on you.

I am committed to providing high-quality mental health services to all my clients. I believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to their unique needs/goals.
