Founder | Clinical Director

Welcome; I’m grateful you’ve found your way here! Life can feel heavy when anxiety, depression, self-doubt, or old patterns keep holding you back. You may be drained from always putting others first, navigating challenging relationships, or carrying the weight of past experiences. Or maybe you’re a healthcare provider, who has been giving so much to others while quietly struggling with your own needs. You’ve been the strong one for so long, and now you’re ready to let someone care for you. I’m honored you’re here, ready to explore, reflect, and find the healing, clarity, and support you deserve!

I specialize in supporting individuals navigating anxiety/depression, neurodiversity, women’s issues, and life’s many transitions. I have also worked extensively in the acute care medical field caring for healthcare providers that are navigating stress, caregiver burnout, second-hand trauma, and career transitions.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am committed to providing high-quality mental health services to all my clients. I believe that everyone deserves access to affordable, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to their unique needs/goals. I create a welcoming and inclusive environment where all clients feel safe and supported.

As a Clinical Director and Board-Approved Clinical Supervisor, I am deeply committed to maintaining a high standard of care across our practice. I support and mentor our clinical team to ensure that every client receives compassionate, ethical, and effective treatment. Creating a strong, connected therapeutic environment, both for clients and clinicians, is at the heart of what I do.
