LAUREN GHANNAM, LAC
Licensed Associate Counselor
I am currently a licensed associate counselor in Arizona. I believe counseling works best when you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My goal is to create a comfortable, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and experiences leading to positive and lasting change at your own pace.
My approach incorporates mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and a strengths-based perspective. Mindfulness practices can help us to slow down, increase awareness, and learn ways to manage stress and overwhelming emotions. Using CBT, I help clients recognize patterns in their thoughts, mindsets and behaviors as well develop practical tools to cope with challenges like anxiety, depression, and life stress.
I also truly believe that each person already has personal strengths and resiliency within them. Together, we work to identify those strengths and build on them, helping you feel more confident and capable in your daily life.
I treat counseling as a collaborative process, and I’m here to support you in gaining insight, building skills, and creating meaningful changes that align with what matters most to you.
